Kitchen: the furniture isn't fixed, is it? I'd take a look at where the small appliances will be placed as well as where the work surface is.

Hallway: what is the double socket doing by the wardrobe cabinet? Under the stairs, only a chest of drawers fits, the two would be well placed there for night lighting (table lamp) and charging cables.

Kitchen is not fixed yet except for the island.

Double socket in the hallway is intended for a possible router. Maybe the wardrobe will also go in front of the guest toilet.

I don't understand the paragraph about the stairs. Under the stairs to the upper floor is directly the descent to the basement.

Put the router in the basement or in the storage room, then you won’t have such an ugly thing hanging there.

Have you already planned the kitchen? If not, it's time now! Without a kitchen or installation plan, some things can definitely be a... hmm, challenge.

We worked without an installation plan from a kitchen builder. For various reasons, we did not want to buy the kitchen yet, but the layout was largely fixed. I painstakingly worked this out through multiple visits to Lutz and others to determine socket heights and water connection positions. Overall, buying the kitchen earlier would have required less time.

For us, it went mostly well thanks to my preliminary work and the fact that the electrician brought his own kitchen installation plan. We hung the wall cabinets lower than originally planned after the electrical installation - now you can see the socket for the under-cabinet lighting; that's the only "mistake."

Oh yes, that reminds me: have you already planned a socket for the under-cabinet lighting? Preferably also with a light switch in the kitchen backsplash and a correspondingly switchable socket.
