I find this very important and a good suggestion to post the offer, precisely so that the project can at least be assessed on a well-founded basis, as desired, even if this can only be an indication since every builder has different requirements. One thing I would find good in the future, if we do not want these two financing threads to remain financing threads and not see construction costs discussed in one of the countless other threads and instead refer to one of those? In any case, I will ask the admin among other things to separate this better in the future and also to refer to it.

Perfect, I think it's great that the construction costs are examined first to avoid unnecessary expensive additional financings or even worse to recognize that it is financially not feasible at all. Very well-founded inquiry once again.

So far, we have all managed well with the questions here, no matter what the subforum’s headline may be called. There should be that much flexibility here. You also don’t have to play the teacher everywhere and evaluate other participants’ answers here all the time. Of course, you can respond to other answers, it is a forum after all (everyone is allowed to do anything here except violate the TOS), you may also praise or possibly provoke another opinion. What always comes across as really sh***, however, is when a user thinks he can evaluate and criticize other users’ answers. At least one should pay attention to the words there, Mr. Teacher, Convertor, and Know-it-all.

Important, without any ifs or buts, it would only be nicer if this were not a [Thread Baufinanzierung], especially since there are explicitly excellent other threads on this topic where experts certainly gather, for whom the topic of real estate financing does not seem important and therefore may not be able to provide assistance here in this thread because they do not read the posts.

As a financing broker, I have never read any of the other threads in this forum and could not help if someone in one of the other building threads wanted to know something about financing or needed help.

Of course, you have always managed well, nobody denies that, but that says nothing about the quality and adherence to the structures, especially a structured order. I can’t see any help at all in the real estate financing sector, I see hardly any benefit for consumers, people, and those seeking help, I do not recognize any added value.

To be honest, I believe that most people don't pay any attention to which subforum the respective thread is in, but simply look for new posts.
It probably bothers very few.
