You also don’t have to play the teacher everywhere and evaluate other participants’ answers here all the time. Of course, you can respond to other answers, it is a forum after all (everyone is allowed to do anything here except violate the TOS), you may also praise or possibly provoke another opinion. What always comes across as really sh***, however, is when a user thinks he can evaluate and criticize other users’ answers. As a financing broker, I have never read any of the other threads in this forum and could not help if someone in one of the other building threads wanted to know something about financing or needed help.

I can’t see any help at all in the real estate financing sector, I see hardly any benefit for consumers, people, and those seeking help, I do not recognize any added value.

To be honest, I believe that most people don't pay any attention to which subforum the respective thread is in, but simply look for new posts.
It probably bothers very few.
