No idea how big the house will be, but just take sqm * 2000. That would mean you are building 116 sqm without garage, without basement, and only turnkey. You're still missing 20k for ceilings and floors.

We are currently gathering information everywhere about building a house and I would like your opinion on the financing.

About us: we are 30 & 35 years old, both working in the public sector and together have a net income of 4,200 (which will increase over the years due to development levels).
We would have the opportunity to get a plot of land for 60,000 and build there. An offer from the construction company is available: 349,000 (including the land), additional construction costs of 25,000 would be covered by savings. There isn't much more equity.
In initial talks with banks and advisors, we came up with a model that would cost us just under 1,400€ monthly rate. However, this was only calculated for the 350,000. We were told to add 20,000 for outdoor facilities on top. (We want to do a lot of it ourselves.)

What do you think? Does it all sound consistent/feasible?

1) Do you have children, or are children planned?
2) How is the income distributed?
3) How many salaries do you receive? Vacation and Christmas bonuses?
4) Is there any property in the family, has a house possibly already been built?
5) Are there any loans, if so, how high are the monthly loan installments?
6) Where is the equity currently invested? Is there a building savings contract?
7) What interest and repayment rate do you wish for? €1,400?
8) Which trade works/trade services are to be performed as own work and to what extent? Only the outdoor facilities?
