I'll put it this way: as a baker in a community, I should be able to make toppings appealing to a customer and know the butcher's goods next door as well as the offer at the nearest cheese counter, which either fit on the pretzel or whole grain bread.

I can't see that at all, I see almost no benefit for consumers, people and those seeking help, I don't see any added value.

I am not sure if you are actually right about that, Noelmaxim. If I want help/offers from a consultant/intermediary for real estate financing, I go to one near me. If, on the other hand, I post in a forum, it is probably more about exchanging with others and their opinions, experiences, concerns, tips, etc. If there happen to be corresponding experts there, it is nice but I do not expect it.

You are confusing the forum, a forum for and by builders, with a sales and information platform.
You are in the wrong place here.
Adapt or leave... but don’t annoy in every thread by taking offense at the form or other things.
You should inform yourself a bit more about the “advertising space” you are using.

I understand that if you don't expect that, but one or more are there, then that can only help and be of added value, furthermore I know that for many it is not only about exchanging with like-minded people, but also the desire for clear advantages, clear and distinct assistance, and no one minds if there is even a benefit.

This as such is also not my main criticism in essence, but this confusion of construction costs, financing questions, equipment, prices, financing concepts, etc., all that in one or two sub-threads building financing/financing plan, financing variants.
