FA716 - Problems with Assembly

Hi guys,
I am currently setting up my Ikea kitchen and am struggling a bit with the cabinet for the oven. I have two fundamental difficulties.

1. A Raffinerad oven is supposed to go into the cabinet. I took from its manual how the shelves are supposed to be installed. After a quick measurement, I found that this is not correct at all. The upper shelf definitely has to be two holes higher. Otherwise, the doors will not fit. Can someone tell me if such errors are normal? Who can I contact to get certainty?

2. Even if I place the upper shelf two holes higher, the supplied back panel is about 1.5 cm too short to nail it securely at the top and bottom. Do you know if I can get a replacement from Ikea? And in a reasonable time?

Instructions with incorrect numbers for the holes I have not personally experienced yet. Hole 17 and 36 do not seem very inappropriate to me. I would just try mounting the doors as a test. The back panels are likely to be too long and need to be shortened. The best thing is to take the back panels to the nearest Ikea and have them exchanged if necessary.
