FA185 is not found on the website

Hello can someone please help me? I have selected a FA185(60cm base cabinet for cooktop, 3 drawers) in the Ikea online planner. Now I wanted to look at details on the Ikea website but the FA185 is nowhere to be found??? Another question: In my kitchen plan I have included 2 FA113(80cm base cabinets with drawers, Lidingö white). When I look at the item list in the online planner, instead of the FA113 I only find 1x carcass, 1x drawer front 80x57 and 1x drawer front 80x13. But the Rationell full-extension drawers are missing!!! Also, on the following pages the full-extension drawers are not listed. Is this an error in the online planner, or how do I get the full-extension drawers into the item list? Best regards Section Head

Nayla would probably be the best person to say something about that now.

I suspect that the assembly FA185 was removed because usually there is no space left for a drawer under the cooktop, especially with induction cooktops.

I can't say anything about the planner, as it unfortunately doesn't work with Linux. I would probably just write down the drawers by hand.

honestly, the planner feels like it’s updated, renewed, rebuilt, whatever... daily, in some way or another, in short, it’s annoying. If you go into the planner tomorrow and select the same cabinet again, it might appear correctly. If this doesn’t work until you purchase your kitchen, doesn’t matter. We kitchen people are aware of this issue. :cool: Please make notes and bring them to the furniture store. In I-Sell, our sales program where your kitchen will be transferred to, we can still change everything according to your wishes.

I assume you work at Ikea?
Can you please tell me more about I-Sell? Does it then spit out a more detailed item list with delivery time and shelf number or something???
The reason I ask is: once my planning is complete, I want a detailed list of all individual items where I can, for example, cross out the hinges and instead buy the already mentioned Bluemotion hinges from somewhere else. I also want to take the list to Ikea in Bratislava and buy the kitchen there because it’s cheaper. Therefore, of course, only those items that Ikea actually has should be on the list.
I am grateful for any tips.

It's just super embarrassing when something has been changed again and you're standing in front of the computer just like the clueless customer. Very professional.
