Thank you, Nayla!
I assume you work at Ikea?
Can you please tell me more about I-Sell? Does it then generate a more detailed item list with delivery time and shelf number or something???
The reason I’m asking is: once my planning is finished, I want to have a detailed list with all individual items, where I e.g. cross out the hinges and instead buy the Bluemotion hinges mentioned here from somewhere else. I also want to take the list to Ikea in Bratislava and buy the kitchen there because it’s cheaper. Therefore, of course, the list should only include items that actually exist at Ikea.
So I’m grateful for any hint.
Best regards

Hi,
the kitchen planner is the “theory,” I-Sell is our “practical” program. It spits out (almost) everything, you just have to ask for it. Come to the store with your kitchen plan and have a shopping list created listing every single part. Please ask for it to be edited directly for subsequent purchase. The number of feet will be corrected, the base panels recalculated. The number of side panels for the filler panels adjusted, etc… You can then have this revised version printed out. If you have a nice colleague, he/she will also name the FA numbers along with the corresponding cabinet for you, which makes it easier to assign the parts. Delivery time can’t really be printed, only when creating a delivery. However, it can be viewed in the program whether everything is available. For individual parts, you can also check stock availability (view only, no reservation) at other stores, but this only works for Germany. By the way, total weight, cubic volume, and quantity can also be provided.
If you want and your kitchen planning is far enough along, and you don’t still want to see or clarify one or the other on site, I can also create the list for you. But please only via private message then.
Best regards
Nayla
