No. So far, only renovations have been carried out in the interior of the existing house (see renovation thread). Over the years, the requirements have also changed (now two children, increased home office).

At the top right of the plan is the garage with an outdoor seating area. This is connected to the corner of the house by a short wall. Both have flat roofs and, according to the development plan, are also within the normal building envelope.

At the bottom right of the plan is the existing conservatory. However, as described, it is not fully usable.

Attached are a few photos of the house for an overall impression.

Watertightness, standing water, leaf slime... The garage already causes enough work and problems :) And the look, when you look up from the upper floor, is also not so nice.

It's the same for me. Reloading helps, but it's annoying

Not even reloading helps... but let's wait and see, for now it's still colorful ;)

But those are still old pictures? Is the conservatory within the thermal envelope? I have seen photos with a heater... you actually want to tear it down? How do you plan to do it? Will you continue living there during the extension?

The easiest solution will probably be to extend the gable end by three meters. You need 2 more rooms and you will get them with that. I don’t know if connection lines can be laid just like that. If not, you can still leave out the covered area at the entrance and adjust the hallway a bit inside. Maybe you can also swap the kitchen with the living room.
