Extension planning for house from the 60s

This is what the approval planning looks like:

Does the ridge beam for the chimney need to be replaced; on which Siemens air hook is the gigantic canopy hanging?

The chimney should already be next to the purlin and the canopy already exists (incl. two posts not shown).

At least to me it looks tight. I imagine that a minimum distance of 20 cm between the chimney and the purlin is required...

Building permit was granted on 12/23.

Progress is being made.
Winter garden and other extensions have been demolished.

The excavators have come and demolished the winter garden floor slab and the exterior cellar stairs.

Then excavation began and the old drainage was removed, in order to install a new one and insulate the cellar walls.
