Experiences with SMP Real Estate?

does anyone have experience with the company Premium Hausbaumanagement or project development Smart-Home?
I have found a connection to the company SMP Immobilien in these posts.
Are these reputable companies with which one can build a house?

Hello Andre,
I know they have nothing to do with SMP. They are just a conception and brokerage company that does not build themselves but only acts as intermediaries. Recently, they sold a plot of land in Munich for a Swiss investor. Unfortunately, I came too late; everything was already sold. Since this company repeatedly receives plots of land for sale in Munich from this investor, I had myself put on a list with them. My lawyer reviewed the documents they sent me and approved them, because according to the lawyer, fair. I also know that their customers are reachable if you are interested in something yourself. So, from everything I know, very fair, competent, and customer-oriented.
