All information, statements, and experiences regarding the combination E. S. + Architect R. are WELL KNOWN to the Land Registry Office in Mühldorf and are eagerly followed there.

This information is then also cited in court and serves as evidence there.

The clerks at the tax office are so clever that they can assign EVERYTHING precisely, as they have the entire email correspondence from E.S.
