as you know, I am the owner of the company Projektmanagement/Exclusiv-Haus.
Since I have recently received quite a lot of information from the rumor mill, I would like to address a few things here once again.
Point 1)
No, I am not insolvent! This can be checked at any time with Creditreform, where I am listed as a verified member.
Point 2)
In the Germering construction project, no property was sold by me and no project planning fees were collected by me.
In this construction project, through Ms. S., I met several customers who had concluded a contract for work with me for the construction of part of a 5-unit building.
The project planning and property mediation were done by the well-known Ms. S. to all of us. ****** I myself received a building permit for one fifth of the 5-unit building.
This 5-unit building will most likely never be built. The customers would have to obtain a completely new building permit. Realistically, only a 4-unit building can be built on this property.
This is probably what the customers are aiming for, which is why, in cooperation with Dr. Bumeder, the concluded contracts were mutually terminated.
The customers must now first consider whether and how the project can be realized at all.
Here I informed Dr. Bumeder that I would gladly assist if requested.
I have also made it very clear to Dr. Bumeder that he can contact me at any time so that I can assist with my statements.
Regarding the demolition of the Germering construction project, I can say that I only carried out the gutting of the property and only invoiced for this. Anyone interested in this topic can contact the independent office Dr. Bumeder.
I am aware that all but one of the customers of the Germering construction project have paid the project planning fees to Ms. S. How the property purchase was made is unknown to me, since at that time I did not even know Ms. S.
As I have just recently learned (on 30.01.2011), advertising is currently being done by Ms. S. again using my name. This concerns 4 semi-detached houses in Oberschleißheim. I hereby distance myself from these properties, as the prices underlying Ms. S.'s calculations are incorrect and I generally do not cooperate with Ms. S. It is also important to note: the houses cannot be built for these prices.
About my company:
We are currently building a private house for a lawyer who belongs to one of the most renowned law firms in Munich. All customers or those who wish to become customers are welcome to visit the construction site through our sales manager and thus see our work on site.
