We have such bricks and I see no problems. However, they have only been on since summer 2020 and we only moved in January. In addition, the south side=garden side is more or less completely covered with photovoltaic panels, so we can hardly see the roof. Therefore, time will tell...

In your OWN house it rarely bothers you  It is the neighbors who suffer.

This mirror is on all glossy surfaces and not just on the flat ones.

I was actually referring more to the other statements. As far as reflections are concerned, I can only speak for ours. Nothing reflects there. Well, the photovoltaic panels do reflect ;)

Flat tiles must indeed be laid more cleanly. In roofs with dirt, the difference between wavy and flat can be neglected; the material plays a much bigger role. Röben makes resistant tiles, Braas Tegalit is made of vulnerable concrete. We have Creaton Domino/Autarq matte engobed or with photovoltaic laminate and are very satisfied, however, the house is from 2019, so there isn't much to see yet.

I didn't want to complain to anyone here, just mention it. If you look at patterned roof tiles that are matte on a cloudy day, you probably wouldn't think they'd glare in the sun. I didn't know that before either. I think it's lousy of the manufacturers ;)
