The website gives the impression of a friendly, owner-managed company, but unfortunately did not lead me to any construction service description. All the imagery suggests that only custom designs are built, with a single lady handling "architecture and sales"; I did not find any explicit architects or draftspersons listed in the "team": accordingly, it is probably a pure construction company without its own model offerings.

My opinion: A very down-to-earth company that builds for others the way they would build for themselves. They know what they are talking about and in my opinion are very competent. They also always had good ideas that they could contribute. They always started from our needs. The materials used are of good quality. At the moment, I would build with them again at any time and can basically only recommend to everyone else to at least take a look at the company. For me, they were in some cases far superior to Novum, RKR and Spektral. Oh yes, they also work with other architects who are not listed on the website.

But does your knowledge of this company confirm my impression from their website that they are not a classic catalog general contractor? - and do they prefer to remain a hidden tip, or why is a construction service description not only not openly available for download but not mentioned at all? - how did you find them?

I never judge by appearance.

Basically, they build everything for you. If you bring a floor plan from the catalog, that can also be implemented. But we based it on our conditions, namely our plot of land. We went to the building site and thought on site about what could be built how.

Regarding the construction service description, I can only say that the contract itself was extremely easy to understand even for laypeople and everything was clearly regulated as to whether the client or the general contractor bears the costs. No hidden costs arose for us, unexpectedly transparent. Surcharges for special items were already recorded in the contract with the amount (e.g. golden toilet + 500.00).
