Basically, they build everything for you. If you bring a floor plan from the catalog, that can also be implemented. But we based it on our conditions, namely our plot of land. We went to the building site and thought on site about what could be built how.
Regarding the construction service description, I can only say that the contract itself was extremely easy to understand even for laypeople and everything was clearly regulated as to whether the client or the general contractor bears the costs. No hidden costs arose for us, unexpectedly transparent. Surcharges for special items were already recorded in the contract with the amount (e.g. golden toilet + 500.00).
