Experiences with GU in Saarland and surroundings

We removed DEKRA in favor of our own expert. We simply felt better commissioning someone ourselves. Earthworks are no longer included with RKR (used to be). However, they were done by RKR’s earthworks contractor. Estimated costs for this were very accurate. Otherwise, no unforeseen costs arose (although I was well prepared here and obviously had taken everything into account).

Completely forgot to reply to that: yes, of course. Many houses are custom because they say that every house should be tailored to the individual. All the houses I have seen from them are individually planned.
