The glass usually only needs to be cleaned once every six months... a wood stove needs a clean burn. That should last about 1.5 hours. You have already received tips.

We only clean the glass when the oven is being thoroughly cleaned anyway. So, not very often. If the glass is dirty, we make a proper wood fire so that everything burns away.

Therefore, I agree with my predecessors: Just make a proper fire with dry wood

Hello,

I have also shortlisted the Hark 112 ecoplus, as it offers a view from two sides among other things and is not that large.
There is no HARK studio near us either, and the nearest one says "temporarily closed" (whatever that means).

Now I wanted to ask about the long-term experiences? We want to place it at the "apex" of the living/dining room and it should provide cozy warmth in the approximately 35sqm area.

What alternatives do you know? The cost would be about 3300 EUR. Is the price justified?

Sorry for the late reply. The matter has probably been resolved by now.
Nevertheless, I would like to give a brief answer. Visually, I find the 112 appealing, although I have grown to like masonry stoves as well.
We placed it along the line of sight between the dining table and couch. It fits well there. It easily heats our living room of 28 m²; rather, you occasionally have to ventilate.
Unfortunately, the problems I mentioned back then haven't really resolved despite a lot of trying. By now, I think the combustion chamber is simply a bit too small. Even proper stacking is somewhat difficult despite using small logs.
At friends' houses, I have seen the chamotte bricks burn clean and bright again through firing. At least that doesn’t happen with ours. The wood is bone dry, so that can't be the reason.

There is a lack of oxygen and wood! Please show some pictures of your fires.

A little tip, in case it’s not known yet: it’s actually quite easy and quick by moistening, for example, a kitchen towel, dipping it once or twice into the ash from the stove, and then wiping the glass. If necessary, wipe again with a clean cloth. Takes less than 2 minutes.
