So you also build without an execution plan? Intended that way?

No, for God's sake! I have a very precise execution plan. Every local (!!) craftsman’s eyes pop out of their heads when they see it.
And in my opinion, you already need an execution plan during the shell construction because important connections to roller shutter boxes, ceiling, ring beam, roof, insulation, windows, etc. have to be taken into account there.

I just wanted to say that it also works without an execution plan. The question of who then bears the responsibility for defects and cast-in-stone misunderstandings is a good question.

At what scale were your execution plans created? 1:50? 1:75?

Execution planning is always at least 1:50. - Detail planning often even larger.

Would a 1:75 also be sufficient? My house construction company (GU) will probably create this in this scale.

If an execution plan in 1:50 standard is required by the trades, then hardly ever

I sometimes found 1:50 too small for some details - but then there are more detailed details for that
