Since the others are so "mean" ... attached is a kind of orientation aid. Unfortunately, you can't attach Excel files here.
As some have mentioned, the costs are always somewhat individual per construction project, region, location, etc.
Therefore, I simply think start and compile as well as possible. As always, better to have some plan than none at all.
