Evaluate offer, photovoltaic system technology

- Why is the consumption so high? Optimizing here saves the most money and benefits the environment.

It probably shouldn't be of interest here. 2 residential units 6 adults. I know that savings could optimize the most.

Because I will pay for it myself. A loan is out of the question.

- Why such a big storage?

It was offered to me like that. What would you recommend here? I know that storage is not really supposed to be profitable. But at 4k it sounded quite good.

- Why is the inverter so small?

No idea, isn’t it rated for 10kW?

- How many offers did you get?

So if you are really above 2000€ per kWp, then I would keep looking. My first offers were also over 2000€, the best complete offer around 1550€. But it was clear that many now partially include the tax and add it as profit. I wouldn’t accuse anyone of that, but it was often similar with the KFW subsidies..

No, with gas. Hot water with solar system. This has already paid off after a short time.

Let's put it this way. At the moment, photovoltaics are very expensive; I only want to install as much as necessary. It would be sensible to accommodate a maximum of 33 modules.

Yes. They were extremely expensive from 30-50k—all only with storage. No offers without storage.

May I ask in which region you are searching? I already thought it is expensive here in Bavaria :oops: Have you also inquired with small businesses? This "only with storage" was especially the case for me with the large nationwide providers who tend to sell these "all-in-one" solutions with storage and inverter combined.
