Didn't I mention something there about a dusk switch that you should have installed for 150,-?

Yes, then lucky you if you didn't have that far to go ... with us, working 30 km away was not possible every day ... and as laymen, we wouldn't have been able to see many things ourselves anyway ... We were able to correct a lot, but many things also not out of ignorance ... What kind of crazy doors are those supposed to be now? 2.11 is already quite tall .... They are supposed to redo the railing, that can't be true.

I also think: you should be able to build up the balcony railing, right?

Hello trequ

The cistern was initially not dug deep enough. It was somehow similar for us. Someone (general contractor or his subcontractor - civil engineer or both) was simply too stupid to read the soil report. The result looked like this:

Me to the civil engineer subcontractor: This won't work. Him to me: It can’t go deeper, there is rock underneath. Me: I don’t care, I don’t want to be the client with the "house behind the sewage treatment plant." Him: I’ll send an offer for a shallower cover. Me: OK, let’s do that. He does it, I deduct the amount for the cover replacement from the general contractor’s final invoice. Ditto for a few other additional expenses. General contractor sues me. Settlement hearing is at the end of May. I will report. Then with details and naming names. Conclusion: Document every little nonsense beforehand and if necessary in between in writing, watch the executors’ fingers daily if possible (didn’t work for me), keep some money ready for a good construction lawyer. Doesn’t sound nice, but times are tough. Everyone has full order books, quick quick, move on to the next construction site, “we’ve always done it this way,” “it’s just a small thing,” etc. (Almost) everyone tries to fool you somehow. Defend yourself as best you can. It won’t get better anytime soon. My experience.

I somehow feel the same .... everyone just says: that's normal, we always do it like that, etc etc .... I won't put up with that anymore ....

Come on, that’s photographed totally unfavorably.

It’s only 10-20 cm above the finished floor level. You can use it as a shelf and don’t have to bend down so far anymore.
