That makes sense. Otherwise, you would have to take a gas condensing boiler with an instantaneous water heater for domestic hot water. Without solar, the buffer can be smaller than with thermal solar.
I would then advise you: with a buffer storage adapted to the consumption/household. 150 l is quite little. 200 l should definitely fit.
In any case, you do not need a 300 or 400 l stratified storage tank without thermal solar.
You do have cooling losses of about 1.5 - 1.8 kWh/day, but the efficiency of the gas instantaneous water heater variant is not great either.....
