You have to; I believe at the city; apply for a permit so that signs can be set up and the construction road may lead over the public sidewalk. Naturally, it must be protected accordingly, but this happens in the course of building the construction road.What is meant by this: the protection of the sidewalk during the phase of regular crossing by heavy trucks, of course in Teutonic bureaucratic perfection with illuminated warning barricades, because the planks are a tripping hazard (thank God not a meter high, otherwise they would have to be handrailed) and according to DIN EN 0815-4711 an ordinary edge warning tape (in two versions: white-red striped for uninvolved persons, black-yellow striped for employees) is not sufficient???
