Does anyone know a source for valve box kits? Six would probably be enough for me and I don't have to spend the 560,- at DVS for a pre-assembled box. It shouldn't be rocket science to connect the few valves with the couplings, right?

I believe DVS also offers bus kits that you can assemble yourself. But they are not exactly cheap. However, experience does have to be paid for. I gathered/ordered the parts from 3 or 4 different shops. But I always only have 4 valves per box with the option of a 5th and an air pressure connection. In the end, there is also an outgoing line (without a valve) that goes to a water outlet.

Yes, they do, but without compressed air connection and also not pressure regulating and only max 4-way distributors. Would you be so kind as to write here which parts are needed?

You do not need pressure-regulating valves. Only the sprinkler housings.

Really? I would have expected the compressed air connection to be at the front, so that I basically blow through the valves out to the zones. Can a closed valve handle 8 bar air pressure? That's why I thought I needed this: 6-valve box Hunter PGV with flow regulation and compressed air connection, 25 mm (3/4") Plug&Lawyer Expert (ZS-VB062525CBEXP-VM) at DVS for 560,- not exactly cheap. PS: My first delivery with the MP Rotators and housings arrived yesterday - it looks high quality, no comparison to Gardena.

The maximum pressure is independent of whether the valve is pressure-regulating and depends only on the type. You will never reach 8 bar either. A circuit is always open to discharge...
