In your four examples, three are ruled out due to lack of freedom of movement, and the third one, which would be doable, is not possible because of your [Abfluss].

You would have to try it. If necessary, shorten the shower a little.

I took up Silke's idea.
160 x 100 won't work, but with a 135 x 135 corner bathtub it does.

What personally bothers me is standing in front of the door – it's not pleasant for the person getting ready, nor for someone who wants to join. Besides, I think the room is too small to separate it. A glass partition is more laborious to clean, but it makes the bathroom feel more spacious.

No!
The best advice is: take it. EXACTLY! LIKE THIS!

As a reminder: we are still talking about – so an end-terrace house (developer property).

This is completely the most wrong "victim" for an effort to achieve a one hundred percent match with a dream house. It will fail by far, come hell or high water, with drums and trumpets, beyond even the wildest fantasies of construction fiasco documentary binge-watchers.

Maybe you don’t like the compromises – but you should have thought about that earlier and not chosen a developer dream realization path that is the least suitable kind for individualists. The results of your change efforts (unique disaster instead of minimal error 08/15) would certainly please you much less. Ilsebill Fischer seems to be sorely neglected in today’s German lessons.

There is nothing free. Fixed specifications of the must-haves, minimum dimensions + finished piping, windows + door. What exactly is free there? The layout of the original plan remains, in my opinion, the best so far. I would pattern something more pleasing and that’s it. I only see one difficult participant here.

The advice is "let bygones be bygones" because it already corresponds to the limits of possibilities that reasonably exist in a developer project. By the way, buyers are not builders – that seems to me to be your fundamental misunderstanding. Unfortunately, many salespeople are poorly trained to recognize and weed out prospects of the "individual builder" type. However, that would be appropriate, because this type of prospect harms the image of providers with their inevitable dissatisfaction. Instead of gratitude for their successful efforts to transform a short menu into an affordable, rationally-routinized construction realization, developers receive from these misguided customers the label of being stubborn and service-unfriendly. However, the potential for affordable building cannot be exploited beyond a certain point without strict ascetic discipline. Due to this fundamental incompatibility between individual builders and their discomfort with the buyer role on one hand and products of the "automated bread roll" type on the other, the potential for satisfaction is under an unfavorable star from the start (with a Damocles ascendancy, one could say). Therefore, sales consultants would do well to recommend these misguided prospects to refrain (or to awaken enthusiasm for this form of making building dreams come true). Take the maturely designed product as close to standard as possible, and seek your salvation not in stubborn remodeling but rather in an exit after a pragmatically short holding period. You will not be able to make a unique piece even remotely out of this – the only thing you can perfect here is your depression over the delta between an individual builder’s house and a buyer’s house.
