Wow, there are some great ideas here, thank you. I think we are slowly becoming somewhat construction-blind and paralyzed

The east garden is definitely important, to the south is the street and there is also a tram running there, but that doesn't bother dad, he grew up there, eventually you don't hear it anymore (he says). South would then be right next to the street. East would then be closed off from the street with hedges for the small garden, so we would have to access our house from the west, which unfortunately would take away the large window front on the west side as planned given our width. The decision to place the garden in the east was also made at short notice; if this small garden were in the west, access wouldn't be a problem. But I understand that my father wants the garden in the east and of course I want to make that possible.

I'll keep working on my plan here with the new ideas. Thanks!

Show us your property (in case of emergency, your own drawing is fine, preferably a parcel map). Then we can show you the possibilities with a bit more detail...

Is that sufficient? I was reluctant to include the entire excerpt. Currently, the "existing building" is still marked. We are number 10. On the east plot, as mentioned, the neighboring house is nicely set far back so that on the side (boundary distance 3 meters + 3 meters for the terrace) a small garden with a terrace can be created; the neighboring plot only has the driveway there.

The "object" would have a total of 22 meters of space to the rear after the 6-meter boundary (already clarified by the architect); on the west side, I cannot get an entrance for the small single-family house with a large west window, which means we would only have north and east in the house, which I find a pity, so I am considering whether or what might work better. 17.5 meters wide.

I have discarded the two-family house with an elevator again; that really is nonsense. :)

Solid, but not monolithic. And what makes you so certain about that?

It would take far more "excerpt" to be able to more reliably recognize the actual building boundaries. You haven’t said anything yet about the existing house – I would never plan to demolish that unchecked. The neighbor's house is impressively large in terms of floor area ratio. Did you follow my hint to the thread by ?
By the way, I believe second accounts are not desired here (your posts suggest the assumption that you are identical to the original poster).

The demolition has already been inspected and is confirmed. I do not have a second account. I have read the thread, yes, thank you. The problem from this thread is therefore initially resolved, thanks to everyone. I will start a new one for the floor plan planning when the time comes.
