The plot is 17.5m wide (slightly wider at the back). If you then subtract the boundary distance on the left and right at the parent's side plus the 3m terrace, only 8.5m width remains for the house or their apartment. Isn't that too little?

Just briefly on the subject of the elevator. In our cost estimate, the elevator amounts to 45k. 4 stops. We are also building a multi-generational house for 3 parties, and the oldest party gets the penthouse apartment.
