Electricity/Telecom connection costs

Hello everyone,

I have received an offer from Netze BW (electricity connection, approx. €4800) and from Telekom (APL installation approx. €800). Details see below. My questions:
1. Are the cost levels consistent with your experience?
2. There was an existing house on the property, which was demolished in April 2020. The electricity/Telekom lines must still be there and were only deactivated. For the new building, do I still have to pay the full amount or can certain cost items be partially reduced (because of the existing lines)?

Sorry that I am throwing in a question: Are these things that you have to factor in under: Baunebenkosten?

Telekom 800€ is a flat rate.
That costs every builder that much.
I cannot estimate the electricity.

We are currently building in Niedersachsen and paying for:
Telekomanschluss: 648€
Wasseranschluss: 1313€
Gasanschluss: 1180€
Stromanschluss: 1273€

I still assume that our power connection (in NRW) will remain almost completely cost-neutral if a charging point is commissioned at the same time (Private charging station for BEVs)

This seems to be quite unknown, the construction site power box/connection is even supposed to be free of charge. Whether this only applies to NRW or even only to Westnetz (our network operator) I do not want to say.

Maybe there will be information by phone from your network operator? Ours told us very willingly over the phone. (Option charging station just mention if anything is sponsored)

In NRW, there has been an additional subsidy for a few days now of up to 2000€ (60% of the costs for each charging point) + 500€ (if photovoltaic or renewable energy with at least 2KWp is used)

Endless funding currently available for many things ... One should not refuse it

Good hint! I will definitely try it. The costs in BW seem to be significantly higher...
