Electricity/Telecom connection costs

We had empty conduits installed on the property for routing the cables into the house by our civil engineer and were able to save quite a bit of expenses this way. Since the street also had to be opened for our connection, we were able to save money by coordinating the 4(!) utility providers (water, sewage, electricity, telecom) in terms of timing and only closing, opening, and closing the street once. Anyway, calculate with the maximum offer; if it turns out to be less, you have a buffer for something else – and that will definitely happen.

That sounds clever with the empty conduits. Can you tell me more about that?

Simply laid 3 HT pipes - separated electricity & telecom, wastewater and water, all the same size and side by side. A fourth HT pipe goes to the cistern. The electricity & telecom pipe has an outlet on the slope side of the driveway, in case you want to bring light there later.

That just also has to be coordinated with the suppliers. With us, they would not have accepted that.

That depends on the municipality. Here in Berlin, for example, certain specific empty conduits are prescribed, and if you have now laid a number X of simple HT or KG pipes, that's fine. But only for personal use. The municipal utilities, etc., will still come with their own and want to bury those.

Attention bends radius roughly 2m!!!
When pouring the base slab, the first bend was directly poured in and protruded from the utility room next to the future wall. The multiple entry was also poured in on the other side of the utility room.
Since the radius is roughly 2m, and next to the house on our (hammer lot) only 3m driving and conduit rights exist, the bend must not come out at a right angle to the house wall but must smoothly point 45 degrees already in the desired direction of the street, don’t forget the pulling line.
