I have now optimized this with a friend. It is not yet finalized.
Cables can be pulled in very easily.
Attached are also a few pictures showing that the cables do not go all the way into the box. You don't have to understand...

I suspect the cable

They probably fit properly at first but were then pushed aside by the following cables.

And if something doesn’t work (data line for example), the electrician is off the hook.

According to DIN and in common language yes, but according to VDE not for 20 years.

We only did this on the condition that we would bear no liability if something doesn't work and the warranty remains entirely with the electrician. He will then approve it and that's that. I'm not stupid. We did not touch the electrical wiring. It has been like that from the beginning. The sheath of the cable must go into the box. This is mandatory according to [Baubegleitung] because the plaster is aggressive. So we covered everything with Rotband to protect the areas. He simply stripped too much. That is botching. Quite simple.

I know it that the cables usually just hang out of the box or are coiled inside the box (not yet stripped) and are only stripped in the box after the shell construction phase with, for example, "JOKARI XL" in the box. That way something like this cannot happen.
At least that was the recommendation of our electrician for us (we are doing it ourselves)

I know it like that too. Or you strip it and then lay the cable from the outlet to the distribution board or switch. Then something like that can't happen. In the end, it's just sad that work isn't done properly and conscientiously. The time pressure is enormous and savings have to be made everywhere. He was all alone and laid everything step by step over 3 weeks. So he probably works on other houses on the side as well. I think that's crazy. One thing at a time is much better. But if the boss wants it like that, you have no other choice. You pay so much money and actually rely on professional companies and yet you have to check every damn thing, read up on it, and sometimes complain. Simply horrible.

So you protect with gypsum plaster (= Rotband) against the plasterer's gypsum plaster? Nice :D
