It will work but I would have put everything in empty conduits, although I also have a KNX installation where the empty conduits don’t really matter. For me, empty conduits for the NYM cables only go above screed height. It is also allowed without empty conduits and whether you can pull anything through afterward is questionable with more than 2-3 bends. The craftsmen walked freely on the pipes here, so make sure that no one walks on the cables.
