That's exactly how we did it too.

EG:

I don't find the hallway very big, and a wardrobe still has to fit in there.
In the kitchen, a lot of space for cabinets is wasted due to the three openings.

OG:
I would rather give the child the room with the two windows. However, that children's room would be too small as a bedroom.
That should still be changed.

Do you also have an attic? You need some storage space somewhere.

I clearly lack storage space here. There is only the utility room, which, however, is full of technology as well as washing machine, dryer, and other necessities (Entkalkung, Lüftungsanlage? etc.).

So you lack space for ironing, storing certain things, etc. I don’t like to say it, but: you need a basement (that I would say this someday...).

I don't only realize from the arrow that you are harboring false hope. But for my part, believe it only when it is built.

Storage space is lacking. You don't have children right now – is that meant to stay that way or are two children planned? That would have a decisive influence on the floor plan.

With two children's rooms, I would give the right-side children's room a few square meters from the bedroom. Who needs a dance hall in front of the bed here? Even if you iron there (I would rather do that near the washing machine, but to each their own), you wouldn't need that much space.

Why does it have to be a semi-detached house? Does the development plan require that?
