Then these were plots that did not allow construction with a semi-detached house. In these cases, the "crutch" is chosen by division according to residential units with a shared technical room. Sometimes also in cheap row housing settlements; but then they are still separated by residential unit.Before my switch to civil service, I was working on construction sites in the trades heating, water, sanitation, ventilation.... And 80 percent of the semi-detached houses were built like this.
Someone who doesn’t have older relatives as neighbors will hardly choose this option; not even good friends. The exact separation of the halves is – for various reasons – in my opinion preferable to any "shared" property!
