That's right, now we know that the white bathtub is at least watertight :)

Hello,

Quite late, it seems to me.

On the topic of heat - it is currently 6° here, so we are far from heat in these parts ;)

Rhenish greetings

I would always recommend an expert. Because if you invest 460,000 euros, the cost of the expert does not really matter anymore. Let's move on to the retention. If you want to withhold money, you should first write a defect notice. The defect should be documented as precisely as possible. The expert is helpful and useful for this. Photos alone are not sufficient as evidence in a later dispute.

Best regards, Torsten!

@ Italiano83 In your house it is like a pot of water for spaghetti "water is boiling and the lid is on" As we all know, mold requires a certain climate to thrive it does not want to be under +10 °C and at a relative humidity of 65% - 85% it feels really comfortable. Below 65% relative humidity mold growth is not possible! So two factors are important for growth
[*] sufficient moisture supply [*] presence of materials with organic components (e.g. wood)
Mold can therefore only grow on materials that have increased moisture. Moisture can be caused by penetrating water or by condensation on cold exterior wall areas. The uninsulated wooden lid/hatch above the staircase is the area where condensation forms and it consists of organic components. So now, building expert currently has +6°C and I currently have +7.3°C rel.Humidity 63% Is your heating on or why do you have mold? @ all Can someone explain airborne mold to me? The "Wiki von Pedia" can’t. Regards i

Got a reply today that it's just mold stains and they will be removed in the next few days. I don't have the heating on yet because none is installed yet. So it all seems harmless...
