The bicycles are to be placed behind the cars in the additional half meter of garage length when the used unused garage cellar staircase is sold via classifieds. Only items that can be transported via the spiral staircase go into the cellar.
As I read, someone has now understood me, which pleases me. The extension of the garage to the rear still needs to be checked, as a light shaft has been planned, as correctly mentioned. Primarily, it is initially about the horizontal widening of the garage while keeping the cellar stairs. Of the remaining 4m towards the property boundary, we can use a maximum of 90cm for widening, as otherwise we will have problems with the statics. The garage will then have an internal dimension of about 6.30m from the cellar stairs, which should certainly be enough to park two cars. Whether a carport is still possible with the remaining 3m, I doubt. I still need a parking space (outside the garage) for the tenants.
However, I see a planning error on the part of the construction company, as the door located behind the staircase would lead into nothing due to the light shaft.
