How should I know? I don’t live in the house yet.

From the general contractor plumber. I originally wanted to do it afterwards but since the room is already completely built in, that doesn’t make sense. Even at the current stage, electrical cabinets have to be relocated, etc. A plumber who lives nearby came by once and said, no, please have it done directly by the general contractor.

Do you not use any water in your current living situation? It’s supposed to be just a rough estimate. Servicing by a local plumber is always cheaper and faster than someone who has to come from somewhere else. If the chosen one also handles maintenance and service of the heating system, they basically do the water softener on the side, if it’s ever needed at all. Regarding the system: Judo is reputable and fine. Ask for a Softwell P, which has a second filter tank. Continuous soft water and less pressure loss with more flow is the argument here.

We have completely different consumers. That cannot be compared at all. Besides, I don't know how much because the landlord pays it and there is only one water meter in the house.

Um... and what do you pay your consumption based on then?
Moon phase + landlord’s account balance: 2 x grandma’s birthday? Strange constructs exist...

Not at all. That's why I treat myself to a full bath almost every day.

We have a flat fixed-price rent.

Aha. Interesting, I've never heard anything like that before. Things happen...
