Thank you.

The earth/wall will first be removed in order to see the effect of the cleanup.

Thank you for the plans.

Is the neighbor on the left on the site plan?

The height was measured there, right? There are two values (197.05, 196.90) on the plan. They are identical to your finished floor height, so he must have filled up.

He must also have the plans at the building authority. The heights are included there as well. In case there is a dispute.

No.

Not if it is directly attached to the building. Then it is - similar to a balcony - part of the building.

no boundary distances are specified for structural facilities in Saxony.

Yes.

Feelings can be so deceptive. The photogrammetric evaluation of your photo (shell construction) showed that the upper edge of the mirror of the T5 is at camera height. If the camera is at your eye level, then the parking space on which the T5 stands is 10cm above the terrain of the photo standpoint, assuming you are 1.80m tall.

Yes, get back to me when your feeling is closer to reality than my analysis.

yes, it is on the left.

The two height indications on his property are based on the empty lot, correct? I hadn’t yet related the two heights to my finished floor height. I had only connected his two heights to my two height indications 196.54 and 196.85.

For my understanding:
So his property lies at my finished floor height, or in other words, his finished floor height could then be at, for example, 197.8.
Would "raising" also mean that his floor slab was built higher than it should have been? Or does "raising" only mean that the terrain was elevated with soil and has nothing to do with the floor slab? According to his statement, no raising was done.

Thanks for hearing from you as well. You were also somewhat on my mind. ;)

I am only 1.70m tall. So the difference would be 20cm now?
I'm not sure if the T5 was already on the pavement at the time of the recording. If not, the T5 would otherwise be even taller.

No, the other way around. Then the difference would be 0. What I actually wanted to say is that photos can be just as deceptive as feelings. With the earth embankment between your properties, no reliable height estimation is possible. When you spread the earth, there probably won't be any edge at all. The height differences between you are so small that I simply claim you are worrying too much. And if you want to worry about it anyway, then at least with proven facts. You can get a good cross-line laser for 130€ and you can always use it. And bam, the height difference is known to the centimeter, and we don't have to argue about the distortion of the photo lens.
