what are the advantages and disadvantages of a single-family house?

Option 1:
Heating: air/water heat pump with underfloor heating
Hot water: air/water heat pump

Option 2:
Heating: air/air heat pump (multi-split)
Hot water: solar thermal plus small gas boiler for prolonged bad weather

An advantage I see with underfloor heating – which for some might be a disadvantage – is the slow but even heat distribution. I never had the feeling of "heater air" in the house or rooms being different temperatures with underfloor heating. I really like it when the house is evenly heated. And although underfloor heating takes a bit longer to react to changes, everything always feels consistent. Very pleasant. I can’t say much about air-to-air heat pumps because we decided against them. But as far as I know, it’s basically a reversed air conditioner and heats the air of individual rooms as needed.

You have a 10-year-old building, so there is certainly underfloor heating installed? Then in case of emergency you should be able to easily replace your gas boiler with an air-to-water heat pump

Variant 2: Heating: Air/air heat pump (multisplit) Hot water: Solar thermal plus small gas boiler for prolonged bad weather

What is supposed to be advantageous about that ... gas connection including basic fee for which bad weather scenario? In variant 1, photovoltaic support is sensibly missing .. instead of the solar thermal from variant 2.
