Current situation regarding stoppage times / delivery times?

Which date of your building application are we talking about? 2021? Was the approval fiction already applicable here?

No, it was not valid yet and the approval came at the end of September 2021.

@ypg ;) The building authority of our district also has quite a nitpicking, annoying, and slow reputation. We were very relieved when we heard from the GF.

Interesting, our contract with Streif Haus Haus (from February this year) states that Streif Haus Haus will begin providing the service on the construction site within three months after the client-side delivery prerequisites are met. The next sentence states that the handover for a turnkey (which means ready to move in including floors etc. for Streif Haus Haus) house takes place within four months after the start of construction. I wouldn't know how Streif Haus Haus would want to delay this further. Also, their homepage mentions sufficient material stock (especially wood), so that there are no delays.

we are also currently planning and have Streif Haus in the shortlist. However, I am skeptical about the promised delivery time (12 months from contract signing) – especially since almost all other providers plan with significantly longer delivery times. Could you perhaps share some experiences regarding Streif Haus? We want to build in the Rhein-Neckar district and are really impressed after 3 conversations with the sales representative from Streif Haus. Many thanks :)
