No, it was not yet, and the approval came at the end of September 2021. I really don’t want to argue about our case here. I just wanted to say that you should plan for buffers because sometimes you can’t rely on theoretical deadlines.

From my side everything is easy! :) That is the crucial point. Thanks to the approval fiction since the beginning/middle of the year, such completely ridiculous stories from the building authority here in Bavaria are fortunately a thing of the past for (almost) all single-family houses, and deadline extensions like in your example (poor you) no longer occur. Which, by the way, is not "(crystal ball) knowledge," ;) Our district’s building authority also has a rather sniveling, exhausting, and slow reputation. We made a huge sigh of relief when we heard from the GF.

Hello , We are also currently planning and have Streif Haus Haus in close consideration. However, I am skeptical about the promised delivery time (12 months from contract conclusion) – especially because almost all other providers plan with significantly longer delivery times. Could you perhaps share some experiences regarding Streif Haus Haus? We want to build in the Rhein-Neckar district area and after three talks with the sales representative of Streif Haus Haus we are really impressed. Many thanks :)

Unfortunately not yet, as our plot is not yet developed. What is currently leading to longer waiting times at Streif Haus are the sample appointments. It can take several months (after building permit) until you get an appointment for the sampling. Accordingly, the production etc. is of course also delayed.

But 12 months from contract signing can work, provided the plot is already ready. Planning with architects, then building application (very different depending on the region), then sampling, approval and then production in the factory (3-4 months) and setting up the house (4-5 months).
