That can include many things, house connections, construction road, building permit, etc. - Read the entire thread here.
I know, but the binding document for me (and Streif Haus house) is the contract for work. In essence, the plot must be such that Streif Haus can pour the foundation slab and place the house on it (and of course may do so - building permit). Naturally, the plot must also be developed for this, since the connections are below or in the foundation slab.
... and therefore read carefully ... if the access route is not suitable, then you as the client will probably be responsible. So always make sure to find out what belongs to the client's delivery requirements in the specific case (property and house).
Interesting, in our contract with Streif (from February this year) it states that Streif will begin providing the service on the construction site within three months after the client's delivery prerequisites have been met. The next sentence states that the handover of a turnkey (which means ready-to-move-in including floors etc. according to Streif) house takes place within four months after the start of construction. I wouldn’t know how Streif would want to delay this any further. Their homepage also mentions sufficient material stock (especially wood), so that there are no delays.
I just checked again, you are right! My mistake. That was Fingerhaus, not Streif house.
Streif told us 6 months.
My neighbor commissioned his little house in September. The guaranteed target date is May 2022.
Building permits usually take 6-8 weeks here. Also in Bavaria :-)
6-8 weeks? A dream. Then our house would already be standing. We waited 10 months (Brandenburg). And it went so quickly because I inquired several times. Otherwise, the things would have been left lying around because the clerk was sick for a long time or the documents were filed incorrectly...
Currently, the trees are being cut down and starting from 11/15 the earthworks will begin. The house handover (solid house) is planned for early June 2022.
