Hello,
we are planning to replace our oil heating system with a heat pump as soon as possible (with funding) and I would be grateful if you could help me with the question of what the current cost might be and what would be overpriced. We do not have an offer yet, but are in contact with a company (with a good reputation), which also includes an energy consultant for the subsidies.
Our house has 130 sqm of living space spread over 3 floors plus a basement, which is at street level on the hillside side. The house was built in 1930 but was extensively renovated in 2008 with insulation of the facade and roof, new windows, renewal of water pipes as well as electrical systems, and installation of solar for hot water. We have also installed a balcony power plant in the meantime. Due to large dormers, there is little roof area suitable for photovoltaics.
Unfortunately, there is no underfloor heating, but radiators, some of which are still very old and therefore probably should be replaced. In total, there are 12 radiators.
Our current annual oil consumption is about 1500-1600 liters.
No idea what other information might be needed to give me a rough answer, so I will leave it at that and wait for further questions.
I hope you can give me a rough indication so I can then assess offers.
Thanks in advance!
