Current installation costs of a heat pump

How do you get the funding if you do not receive the specialist contractor declaration?

Who says you do not receive one? I was just curious and looked myself at the first four providers of classifieds distributed throughout Germany. Twice larger heating system installers (+ air conditioning/sanitary) or companies with an internet presence and a proper homepage (legal form GmbH), a smaller company whose qualification was and is stored on a platform, and a sole proprietor who directly has the registration in his imprint. If I properly commission a heating installer and he handles the complete processing including applications for the KfW or similar because he is allowed to, then as a customer I can also assume that he is allowed to sign the specialist contractor declaration with his company (which, unfortunately, is not checked by the KfW or similar).

Since I have received quite a few helpful contributions to my question here, I'll give an update. We finally got an offer of about €29,000, which includes everything. If we help a bit where we can (foundation for the heat pump, cutting up the oil tank, or similar), it might be a bit cheaper. Since we receive the 70% subsidy (how nice that our parental leave times coincided with the appropriate years for income calculation), we can live with that well, even if it might have been possible to get it cheaper. The whole thing will be implemented at the beginning of May, and I hope our oil will really last until then.
