Current construction costs for a single-family house per cubic meter of built-up space

I have a quick question for the group:
We are planning the construction of a single-family house through an architect.
Can you tell me what prices are currently calculated per m³ of built-up space? Is it possible to see the values and the changes over the past years somewhere?

Bad. This calculation based on cubic meters is outdated. Why, I do not know. Possibly because of the inaccuracy. An architect who calculates construction costs by cubic meter has often underestimated by at least 20% in this forum's past. Partly, the time delay from calculation to house construction as well as the longer construction period are also reasons for this.

Ours stated 450€/m3, but I also believe that this is still too low

Why, I do not know.

The costs for air presumably do not scale very linearly. I would rather estimate by square meters and, if possible, properly calculate based on current figures (an architect does not only build your house).
