I already thought that something about the sqm specifications was wrong, the house looked too airy for 150sqm.

If you add up the sqm specifications on the ground floor, you end up with almost 80sqm down there, right?

If I am wrong, I would recommend working with actual measurements of furniture and fittings. Then you'll quickly realize that the floor plan is not as airy as it is in your imagination.

With reasonable, more homely positioning of the seating and a normal table size, the entire lift-and-slide door at the bottom left will be blocked, then there will be no passage. At least not in that position.

If you go back 5-10 pages in the house pictures thread, you will see our living room. It is similarly laid out except that the kitchen and living room are 50cm wider. We will probably have to place the dining table vertically.

Well, a 120cm wide island is something nice. After deducting the cooktop, you still have 10cm of island left on both the left and right sides. That's enough so the placed cooking spoons can comfortably fall down.

Why is the kitchen half furnished??? The cooktop is where it says cooktop and not on the island! Actually pretty simple!? Furthermore, all furniture is incorporated in the original size. How do you come to the conclusion that something is not to scale? The 150m² in the title were determined according to the living space calculation, I didn't write anywhere that this is the pure floor area, did I?

You have about half the cabinets we do. And I am the opposite of a messy person in the kitchen without TM etc. And still it's not enough. For two people. You don't even have to measure: if I put the trash under the sink, the pots in the corner cabinet and the oven under the stove, then 3.5 cabinets remain for dishes, glasses and cups, (mind you, for 4 people plus visitors), storage containers, groceries (not just Miracoli, but also flour, vinegar and spices), small appliances, bowls and dishes, well, and all sorts of other things. We have a 160cm tall cabinet filled with food. And it's not only stored, but used as well.

You don't just stand in the kitchen and prepare a simple meal?

Be that as it may: this student kitchen should be furnished nicely, after all it is practically in the living room.
