Unfortunately not, the building line is located to the west, with a 5m distance to the property boundary. This is also measured in the parcel plan.

Yes exactly, the house has to stand/start on the line, to the north I still have to maintain a 3m clearance distance to the neighbor. Therefore, as already written above, the location of the house is 99% fixed. Thus, also the position of the garage and the driveway completely in the east in order to be able to use the entire southern part of the property.

I am open to ideas but I believe we can't optimize the location of the house much more.
