Everyone here has told you what you need.
If you have no idea yet what you want, then you need an architect who will put your wishes on paper for a fee.

If you already have a rough draft that you are dissatisfied with due to lack of creativity and just want a few ideas, then you have to post your draft here, fill out the questionnaire, and hope that some users will take the trouble with you.

You will probably not find a "low-cost" architect/draftsperson/other for a blank plan here.

We are also building with an architect. When I went to him for the first time, I already had an idea of what my house should look like. Initially, he provided a first draft free of charge. Much more important to me, however, was the feeling that it fits. After commissioning, we then edited the draft a few times until we liked it. But I recommend thinking yourself beforehand and going to the architect with a good sketch, because every revision costs time and money. And if after looking at countless pictures on the internet and model house parks (if you haven’t been there yet, you can go), you still have no idea—because there really is everything there—then I really don’t know what exactly you are missing! You absolutely need to become clear about what is important to you first; otherwise, the architect or someone here in the forum will show you 10 drawings and you will just say: no, that is not creative enough.

kaho674 ypg kbt09 We are the ones who like to draw here. Some put a lot of time into it. Collective knowledge with the questionnaire as well as knowledge about the property is, in my opinion, necessary. But: I won't want to schedule much time here, after all, time is money... as a full-time employee, I also have to manage my household or renovation. When I photograph real estate, I get about €300 for approximately 4 hours... Therefore, here it is only enough for improvements and suggestions on catalog floor plans. By the way, I or Kerstin/Katja have already drawn quite a bit here, with lots of brains and power... unfortunately, the TEs haven't even engaged with it :( But again about the "creative"... You don't have to reinvent the house. Who always says here: the mason has to be able to pee the house design into the snow, then it is a good design. Creative here can also mean that too much confusion is planned, that after the entrance into the house you have to look for the entrance to the living area, that you can only place the existing furniture but then nothing else, etc. So it can mean that a straightforward design, although similar to many other designs, is simply functional and good. Creativity is usually needed when the development plan does not allow for what one imagines. Or when the property is quirky, the neighbor is ugly, or there's a tree in the middle of the property that you want to integrate.

By the way, it must also be pointed out that we are not professionals, but pursue it as a hobby.

When you are new in a forum, the first thing is actually to get a bit informed about what goes on here. Then, with little time and perhaps with the personal goal "learn to read" also this section: (in 3rd place in the overview of forum areas) found ;) ;). Plenty of examples of how to often find very creative input here. However, you have to engage in the discussion.
