They might be happy with two or three green bills, depending on your answer to "do you need an invoice" ;-) but not on a liking-risk basis, rather prepayment.

But if you don't even know the orientation of the plot, how are you supposed to plan anything? Have you ever looked for existing floor plans? Especially with house suppliers, there are countless floor plans for different sizes. You can take a look there and then adapt them to your own project.

If you are really looking for an individual/creative house, as mentioned, it makes no sense to do so blindly, since it is always an interaction with the plot. In addition, individuality always costs money, which is why you should set a budget beforehand.

Anyone who wants something individual has to search individually. Good ideas are not just lying on the street, and no one will simply deliver them to you (especially not for Nüppes). Drive around, look at houses. Ask who built (designed) them if you like them. Search the internet for architects who build in a way you might like. In front of a clever house stands (usually) a more rocky path than trudging to a prefab house provider and picking something from the catalog...
