I think you simply don’t want to understand.
What you want is called a draft.
Any architect will gladly make one for you, even 2-3.
However, of course, they want to be paid for it, as it cannot be done in 10 minutes.
Normally, it is handled so that you agree on hourly billing for the draft. If a contract based on HOAI actually comes about due to a fitting draft, the cost will be credited.
It will cost you something between a few hundred and a small four-figure sum if you don’t agree in the end.

If you just want some creative input, make a proper thread here with the development plan, site plan, answering the questionnaire, and possibly the drafts you already have as a basis.
and a few others always have an idea; although you won’t get a finished draft this way either, maybe you’ll get the bit of creative input you’re looking for but apparently don’t find or don’t want to find from the architect.

Now I know why so many people only post once here and never again... too many unnecessary replies from people who have nothing better to do and can’t read, or who feel the need to make themselves important here....

Nobody asked you!!!! Please find other hobbies

I wrote that at the very beginning... I can send everything. But I don’t want to just post everything here.

I notice that unqualified answers also come here.

Possibly too many.... You don’t want to see my Pinterest,... :)

Is it written anywhere that we pay nothing??? And since the existing floor plans only seemed copied, I asked here...

Totally agree,... that’s why I thought I’d ask here...

I think you can’t read!!!

No,... a drawing/sketch/idea,... based on which the then submitted documents are created. Please read carefully.

Finally a good answer! Which questionnaire? Example threads?

No narrow hallway wanted,... --> Drawing with bottleneck hallway... Kitchen should be on the sunny side,... --> Kitchen on the shady side Bedroom not next to the children’s room,... --> right next to it, dressing room on the other side Technology in the basement,... --> is drawn on the ground floor...

So don’t come at me with "you don’t want to find..." I have already drawn dozens of pages full myself, but nothing that will make us happy for many years.

It’s good if so much is posted here, but some should learn to read and then give tips and not make the thread starter look stupid! I’m not from a construction school and tried to make my request relatively simple. Tips would be appropriate, not criticism....

Maybe you should listen to those here who have contributed more than a few posts. Their experience is based on building their own house and what has partly accumulated here over several years.

And do you know how you come across here? You are new here, know everything, are familiar with everything, and come across as terribly unsympathetic. Maybe I am the only one who feels this way, but it seems I am not the only one thinking like this.

Somehow it doesn’t quite add up yet.

It may seem that way, but it’s not true...
I have been reading here for a "few days"... previously without registration...
I also appreciate long-term involvement...

Now I post something and the only responses are immediately critical...
People don’t read carefully or just add their two cents...
How is one supposed to feel? Welcome?
Something like "hey, what are you thinking", "This is how others do it: *Link*", "Look at the form for your property/house data"... something like that could have come.

In other forums where I am active on other topics, it runs like this...
Here comes the big club and you are supposed to smile...

Rest gladly by PM, for anyone who wants to have an honest conversation...
Or an example of how something like this should be posted here.

Just for pure orientation, what you are looking for here.

In my eyes at least service phases 1+2 and for the construction costs I roughly estimated.

For this, the architect provides a basic evaluation, a few hand sketches, and a rough cost estimate.
