I am also less afraid that the windowsills will break, but I simply do not like the cracks visually. I was also not informed during the material selection that this would be normal, since it is a natural product.

Haha… completely scratched… now don’t exaggerate.. That is a hairline crack that you can hardly see without glasses and from a normal distance. And imagine, some natural stones even contain fossils and other inclusions.. If you need it to be perfectly uniform, you just have to choose something artificial.I personally find it terrible. It's like buying a new car that is completely scratched. I personally would not accept it.

And imagine, some natural stones even contain fossils and other inclusions... If you need it perfectly smooth like a baby's bottom, you just have to go for something artificial.
If you like it, OK. I then assume that you paid for second choice and the price was accordingly.

So I didn't write that the windowsills are "completely" scratched, but that individual, really clearly visible cracks can be seen on every windowsill throughout the whole house. I just wanted an opinion on that..... if that's normal, I'll have to accept it. At the moment, you're at a disadvantage with all trades anyway.... if you want to make any progress with the construction, unfortunately that's how it is. Either you accept it or everything will be delayed even further.

That’s not quite right. I complained about everything through the BU and everything is being repaired/replaced without any fuss. Just the other day I complained about the "small" crack on the roof terrace. You only see it if you raise your head, but it’s still a defect.

Well.. if it bothers you that much.. just try to have it replaced.. I just wanted to take the pressure off you, that it would be something really terrible.. ;)
