That is fixed with assembly foam, it will come off, the question is who will pay

Honestly, I cannot remember if the depth of the window sills was discussed with us beforehand. Are the window sills shown on the usual execution plans?

No, that is not visible there. But from a common sense perspective, if one does not talk about it, one calculates with "normal" overhangs of 2-4 cm, and not with built-in serving trays.

That was clear, but my question (execution plans, window sills) did not refer to your construction project, but to the general public. Did everyone else know beforehand what they were getting? Is it usually known? There are so many topics when building a house ... We did not always know the details of how it was solved. Although I asked a ton of questions (did not always get answers). You just have to live with some things, others can be corrected ...

I just read a bit about it on the internet. It said everywhere that normally an overhang of 2-5cm is made, so your 8-10cm is certainly not the usual size. I would definitely insist that they be removed again! You also can't really use the space behind it, for example, we have a printer directly behind the windowsill; when walking, you have to make a curve around the window. You can't just make any random overhang and then expect the customer to be happy with it. We had a small color difference on a windowsill, and the site manager had the windowsill replaced immediately even though the interior plaster was already finished. It was done quickly without damaging the interior plaster, so it's not a big deal.

Best regards
Sabine
