Hello everyone, we want to buy a house where tiles and parquet are installed on the ground floor. We would like to have a uniform floor but want to save ourselves the work of removing the old floors. I have read that it is possible to glue a parquet floor over tiles without impairing the performance of the underfloor heating. Unfortunately, I cannot find any information on whether this is also possible with parquet (i.e., new parquet over existing parquet). Or would it perhaps be better to lay a uniform vinyl floor everywhere? Tiles are out of the question. Thank you for your help!
